Emma Brown

Emma Brown is a Chartered Company Secretary with a career spanning investment management and financial services. She spent nearly a decade at Foresight Group, rising to Director of Company Secretarial Services, before serving as Director of Entity Governance and Compliance at Computershare Entity Solutions. She is currently Company Secretary at Stream, a fintech scale up providing fair financial tools to the everyday worker. Emma also serves as President of the Women's Corporate Governance Association, where she champions diversity and professional development across the governance community.
