James Beasley

James Beasley is a governance and board effectiveness specialist who leads Board Advisory for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Nasdaq, partnering with executive teams to enhance strategic leadership and governance performance across global organisations. With more than a decade of experience, James previously led governance advisory work at Deloitte, supporting boards on effectiveness and transformation, and has a strong track record of international thought leadership and speaking engagements. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Governance and Ethics from University College London and is highly regarded for his expertise in corporate governance and boardroom excellence.
